Figuring Out The Exact Expectation, Role Assigning, Stay Focus On Take And Redefining What Makes A Pattern With Discussion. We Witnessed How Problem Solving And Collaboration Work Hand In Hand With A Common Goal In Mind. Ponder: Which Is The Most Important Brick To This Model? Why ?

Crime Scene : We Dropped 7 Sets Of Bricks And Had To Decide On A Strategy To Sort Them As Much As Possible. Eventually They Were First Broadly Sorted By The Number Of Facings That (Front Up, Back Up, Side Up), Then By The General Directions They Were Other At (Ns, Ew, Ne, Nw), Then By Colors In Each Direction. Basically A Problem Solving Have Which Requires The Team To Agree On The Strategy And How To Move Forward. When Things Got Into Motion, We Automatically Split The Tasks Like Who Takes Care Of Which Facing And Direction, And Melanie Somehow Anticipated The Need To Keep Records And Started Writing. As A Point Of Reference We Also Took Photo Of The Scattered Bricks Layout First. It’s An Interesting Processing Of Breaking Down A Complex Problem Into Steps And Stages And Parts And The Multi Roles Each Person Plays. #Sixbrickstraining #Ardentsixbricks #Problem-Solving #Teamwork

This week’s play date challenge was :Build a patterned wall with a corner and steps with 48 bricks in 3 colours only. It was chaos with counting and negotiating for colours and extra bricks. Figuring out the exact expectation, role assigning, stay focus on take and redefining what makes a pattern with discussion. We witnessed how problem solving and collaboration work hand in hand with a common goal in mind. Ponder: which is the most important brick to this model? Why ?

Crime scene : We dropped 7 sets of bricks and had to decide on a strategy to sort them as much as possible. Eventually they were first broadly sorted by the number of facings that (front up, back up, side up), then by the general directions they were other at (NS, EW, NE, NW), then by colors in each direction. Basically a problem solving have which requires the team to agree on the strategy and how to move forward. When things got into motion, we automatically split the tasks like who takes care of which facing and direction, and Melanie somehow anticipated the need to keep records and started writing. As a point of reference we also took photo of the scattered bricks layout first. It’s an interesting processing of breaking down a complex problem into steps and stages and parts and the multi roles each person plays. #sixbrickstraining #ardentsixbricks #problem-solving #teamwork
